Building Update:
Great News! The task of selecting a general contractor has been completed. We also have finished the civil engineering design phase and will have those plans submitted to the city before the first of October.
The architectural plans continue to be fine-tuned as we are in the process of interviewing and hiring an audio/video design team. We most recently completed the selection of a structural engineer for the project. Our goal is to start the site development before the end of this year. Please continue to keep the building project in your prayers as we seek God’s perfect will in all that we endeavor. Thank you for your continued support through your prayers and giving. We are a blessed church!

Praise Reports:
We recently did some borings on the property to discover the amount of caliche on the property to conclude the possibility of designing a basement under the educational wing. The most recent construction that took place in our development that borders our property spent thousands of dollars on caliche removal. The results of our study found no caliche where we want to construct the basement. Praise the Lord as that will result in the savings of thousands of dollars.
We also did a seismic study on the property to help determine the steel and concrete requirements for the structural engineering. Without getting into to much detail the results of the study were very favorable and we will save thousands of dollars in structural cost.
